Adults at risk in endemic areas e.g fishermen, farmers, women exposed to infested water. Entire communities living in highly endemic areas. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment of all form of schistosomiasis with pranziquantel. High index of suspicion in case of STD treatment failure. 2/16/2022
