Flexibility

Employees can work three days a week
remotely and two days a week at our

In order to ensure the well-being of
employees in the remote model, we
provide equipment so that they can do
their activities in an ergonomic manner
not only at the office, but also at home.
We recognize the right to union
membership, based on where the
employee works. The Collective
Bargaining Agreement covers the entire
workforce, including apprentices, who
are subject to specific clauses.
The termination process includes an
interview to identify critical issues that
may serve as input for a possible action
plan. This process was essential for the
implementation of positive changes in
several programs, such as Leadership
Tracks and Development for Non-leaders.
