The current portfolio includes 411 thousand sqm of completed and available for sale
property at projects that are completed or still under construction. Completed and available
for sale apartments at projects currently under construction amounted to 130 thousand sqm.
Colliers International estimates potential income from the sale of all completed and available
for sale property at RUB 35.6 billion, including RUB 21.4 billion from the sale of completed
and available for sale apartments
