Further enrichment of the Darty Max service offering
o Extension of Darty Max to all Fnac integrated stores and introduction of the first video-based product care
and maintenance service
o To meet the growing number of products being repaired, more than 220 technicians are being trained
→ Contributes to achieving the target of 2 million Darty Max subscribers by 2025 and increasing the number
of products repaired
