Based on framework agreement on acquiring portfolios of mortgage loans, introduced in 2014 as pioneer transaction of the mortgage transfer on the Polish market. The inclusion of both primary and secondary market transactions in the transfer process with its cyclical nature is aimed at a systematic increase in the value of the mortgage loan portfolio of mBH.
