In addition to TIQ's international trade and investment offices (see inside front cover and page 12), Tourism and Events Queensland has a presence in 13 markets (see inside cover). Having a local in-market presence helps to raise awareness of Queensland's tourism and event experiences and destinations. The Queensland Government continues to monitor its international presence with a view to deepening existing market opportunities and expanding to new markets where resources can achieve the best results for Queensland.
