Leasing Update
During the second quarter, 539,000 and 1,122,000 sq. ft. of new and renewal leases commenced, respectively. Lease
renewals had a weighted average cash re-leasing spread and straight-line rent re-leasing spread of 8.3% and 8.2%,
respectively
During the second quarter, the REIT signed approximately 779,000 sq. ft. of leases with a weighted average cash re-
leasing spread and straight-line rent re-leasing spread of 11.3% and 6.6%, respectively
Occupancy was 97.4% as of end of the second quarter
