with a role in maintaining
immune homeostasis and
regulating inflammatory
responses at mucosal barriers.
The TSLP signaling pathway is
an attractive therapeutic
target. e.g. Tezepelumab, a
TSLP-blocking monoclonal
antibody for treatment of
asthma.
Our genetic data shows that
multiple genes within the
TSLP pathway associate
strongly with asthma.
