MindMed has begun portraying a litany of claims regarding the need for a Phase IIb. We believe each of their claims is false or misleading. * False * False * False * False * False * False Phase IIb is needed to make critical clinical decisions to design a Phase III and increase "precision." The UHB study had 46 patients. The UHB study did not use MindMed's formulation. MindMed does not have the final formulation. Academic studies cannot be used to support a Phase III.
