Hermes Airports is a consortium of 9 Cypriot and international shareholders which includes airport operators with a high level of know-how in the airport operation management field. It assumed the management and operation of Larnaka and Pafos airports in 2006, under a 25-year Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) concession agreement with the Republic of Cyprus.
