On track for upper end of 2022 guidance Completion of £1.9bn Pharma Intelligence divestment, including 15% equity interest in ongoing business. Financial Intelligence portfolio review progressing well Shift to enhanced cash management processes and challenging cash metrics continuing to deliver strong cash conversion and free cash flow generation Strong free cash flow and Pharma Intelligence divestment effectively reduces net debt to zero, strengthening the balance sheet and providing funds for reinvestment.
