Hindustan Zinc Fertilisers Private Limited: India's annual requirement of DAP/NPK Fertilizer is 19+ million TPA and the country imports almost 6+ million TPA of DAP/NPK based on the demand supply scenario. With the idea of creating separate legal entities for undertaking the zinc, lead & silver and recycling business of the Company, on 29th September 23, the Board authorized the "Committee of Directors" to evaluate and recommend such options and alternatives to the Board of Directors.
