(now Sogo & Seibu Co., Ltd.) was made a wholly owned subsidiary. York-Benimaru Co., Ltd. was made a wholly owned subsidiary. 2007 Seven & i Food Systems Co., Ltd. was established. THE LOFT CO., LTD. was made a wholly owned subsidiary of Millennium Retailing, Inc. (now Sogo & Seibu Co., Ltd.) Proprietary electronic money nanaco introduced. Seven Premium, a private brand across the Group, was launched.
