Improving Social Services SE3D Project European- Russian InnoPartnership im Improving Social Services (2012-2013). Improvement of people-to-authorities cooperation for Finnish citizens in Russia and Russians in Finland by means of development of new Web-based platform which contains exhaustive information about formal procedures of opposite country (customs, visa obtainment, traffic laws, etc.) providing necessarily minimum of information presented in clear and understandable manner on demand.
