In addition to the in-depth understanding of Viveo's strategy and competitiveness, it proposes a re-thinking of the port- folio of solutions in an innovative way, based on customer demands and market trends, with the aim to enhance the Viveo value proposition. Development of coordinators: With a focus on leadership skills, it is designed for coordinators and, with the support of the consulting firm Crescimentum, works on behavioral aspects that cover the individual challenges of leaders and the tools to develop engaged and high-performance teams. The Trilhar Platform Since 2020, the company has the Trilhar platform that provides online training to its employees.
