NEW ZEALAND MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS & TRADE Aid Programme BENEFICIARY COUNTRIES The target countries are those eligible for GRMF funding: Burundi, Comoros, Djibouti, DRC, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia. Malawi, Mozambique, Sudan and Egypt will also be eligible to participate in regional professional learning & development activity, in line with GRMF arrangements.
