Viveo also strives to promote the employability of youths through its Internship Program, which
had 40 participants in 2021 of which six became effective employees. Throughout the Year,
actions were structured dedicated to ensuring greater connection between trainees, as well as
the development of behavioral skills, which included the construction of an Individual Develop-
ment Plan (IDP) for each youth.

In December, the company launched a new
version of the program to expand the so-
cial impact of the initiative starting in 2022,
opening a plural selection process to seek
interns in various areas of the Company. The
selection of candidates was carried out with
a focus on the learning journey and expe-
rience of each intern/trainee, since their re-
cruitment, in a humanized and welcoming
way. The process has six stages: registration
on LinkedIn, form submission, video of the
channel for identification of the cultural
match, a group activity, interview with the
manager and HR professional, and admis-
sion process. The candidates undergo a spe-
cial development program with the goal of
empowering them for corporate challenges
and career advancement.
