The selection of candidates was carried out with a focus on the learning journey and expe- rience of each intern/trainee, since their re- cruitment, in a humanized and welcoming way. The process has six stages: registration on LinkedIn, form submission, video of the channel for identification of the cultural match, a group activity, interview with the manager and HR professional, and admis- sion process.
