NEW ZEALAND MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS & TRADE Aid Programme GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE The key governance mechanism for the NZ-AGF will be through a Steering Committee composed of New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade (MFAT) and Africa Union Commission (AUC). Facility Manager will be based in the AUC in Addis to identify and coordinate projects and will be responsible for providing the necessary administrative, procurement and support services for the operation of the NZ-AGF.
