The Service Excellence Program provided synergy between group companies to increase efficiency, reducing costs and risks by improving the development of teams, processes, systems and infrastructure. 20 initiatives were implemented on five work fronts: Req to Pay (from purchase requisition to payment), Order to Cash (from customer order to cash), Plan to Report (from planning to financial statements), IT infrastructure (IT infrastructure and corporate communication), and SAP (standardization of payments).
