మీ సేవ Борск, Доси E-GOVERNANCE (MEESEVA) ESD currently provides for delivery of 550+ services of 40+ departments to 35+ Mn population through multiple channels. These channels include: MeeSeva centres: 4584+ Kiosks spread across Telangana State MeeSeva portal: A web portal for availing citizen services Common Service Center Common Service Centers (CSCs) are established across the state that act as nodal agencies for extension of the services • Promotion of Self employment The CSC kiosks are run by self-employed youth in the remote corners of the state who besides eking their livelihood provide a decentralized self- governance backbone to the administrative system Multiple service delivery points run by citizens competing with each other redefine governance and bring in strict adherence to citizen charter time limits Mobile App for Meeseva has been launched MeeSeva has successfully knocked 6.48 cr. transactions with 342 services and on an average of 80,000+ transactions per day 84 Pink Book Telangana 2021 T E-Services The project adopts central pooling of all Land records, Registration records and records of socio-economic survey, digitally signing them by the DSC of the authorized officer All the documents rendered are electronically verifiable making them tamper proof and also bringing in strict adherence to citizen charter time limits .
