Document Management Improvements
The Archival Document Management (GDA) project
establishes a methodology capable of enabling
the best management of information, promoting
guidelines related to production, classification,
evaluation, processing, use, filing and review.
The implementation of the methodology involved
nine stages: diagnosis of the status of the
collection; normative documents; macroflow of
the process; centralization of the collection in a
single repository; creation of the Engineering VP
Document Management Portal; KPIs; training
(67 students in eight classes); workshops raising
awareness in different areas of the company,
increasing the scope of the documentation team.
GDA provides up-to-date and reliable records,
tracking, business risk management, standardized
documents, rapid information retrieval,
protection and support in litigation, centralized
information, business continuity in the event
of a disaster, informed decision making.
In 2019, the process of implementing the
new methodology with the Regulatory Bodies
(Mobility and Toll Roads) began. In the next
stages, training will be conducted with teams
who have benefited from the workshops.
