he Audit, Risk Management, Compliance,
and Human Resources Committees
The Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, and Human Resources Committees are each composed of three members - all independent — responsible for compliance
routines and controls of the Company. They report directly to the Board of Directors. Their main responsibilities are:

Recommending approval of the company's corporate policies and fu-
ture changes;
Recommending approval of the company's appetite and risk map;
Expressing suggestions for changes to the operational risk manage-
ment structure and approving any suggestions for changes, if neces-
sary:
Receiving and ascertaining the manifestations registered by the Com-
plaints Reporting Channel;
Supervising and monitoring the effectiveness of internal control sys-
tems and external and internal audits of Viveo companies;
Examining tax issues of interest to the Company;
Control and review, before publication, the set of financial statements;
Monitoring compliance with current legal and regulatory requirements
for suitability of Viveo's operations;
Monitoring the development of people and employee remuneration
policies; and
Keeping the Board of Directors up to date on monitoring and risk ex-
posure.
At the end of the year, the committee was composed of three mem-
bers, elected by the Board of Directors:
