Reduced 2019 rent by approximately 34%. Significantly reduced senior living operating risk by converting to management contracts. Increased cash balance by approximately $125M via agreement. No longer expressed doubt to continue as a going concern. Announced new strategic plan to focus operations on larger, lower acuity senior living communities.
