CPI Inflation eased to 1.7% YoY in Sep from 2% in Aug, with rents and food prices continue to be the main driver. Commercial loans grew by 10% YTD during 9M 2023 with one- third of the growth coming from SME. Main driving sectors are commerce, utilities and construction. Consumer loans increased by 9% during 9M 2023, driven mainly by the mortgage growth (10% YTD). Auto loans and Credit cards hold minor shares in the consumer portfolio but are growing rapidly with above 20% growth. Decrease in NPLs was largely driven by corporate loans in sectors of services and commerce which was partially offset by the increase in manufacturing.
