Ms. Neumann joined United Rentals as a Director of Operations Excellence in 2017 and led multiple customer service and operations efficiency initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Neumann specialized in Lean Manufacturing and Strategy in the Aerospace & Defense sector. She served both public and private sector clients as a management consultant at Kearney in Washington, D.C. From 2007 through 2014, she held various roles at the former United Technologies subsidiaries Raytheon Technologies, Pratt & Whitney, and Sikorsky Aircraft.
